Creative Strategist – Fast Growing Ecom Brand

About the role

Eve Curls, a fast‑growing ecommerce brand projected to reach eight‑figure revenue this year, is seeking a hands‑on Creative Strategist. You will own the creative direction of paid social campaigns and turn performance data into high‑impact ad concepts that drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the creative strategy for Meta paid social campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into new winning concepts.
• Create clear creative briefs for the content team and external creators.
• Continuously test new hooks, angles, messaging, and ad formats.
• Identify creative opportunities based on customer insights and performance trends.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in performance marketing and direct‑to‑consumer advertising.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a Creative Strategist developing direct‑response ad concepts for ecommerce brands on Meta.
• Strong understanding of Meta advertising and performance marketing.
• Ability to analyze data and turn it into high‑performing creative ideas.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent English.
