Customer Contract Analyst

About the role

The Customer Contract Analyst will manage the end‑to‑end contract process for clinical trial projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with budget and scope. You will work closely with Project Managers and customers to negotiate, prepare, and validate contracts and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the contract lifecycle, coordinating finalization of contractual instruments and budgets.
• Negotiate and prepare contracts, budgets and related documents for clinical trial participation.
• Analyze and validate contract and budget changes, providing commentary to Project Managers and customers.
• Communicate budgetary issues, escalate deviations, and drive quarterly revenue targets through workload management.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and Contract Management System according to global processes.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or related field with 1‑3 years of experience in budgeting, finance, proposal development or contracts management within a clinical research environment.
• Customer‑centric, self‑motivated, proactive with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent time‑management, interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience using CRM and contract management systems.
• Ability to prepare, interpret and manage budgets and costing models.
