Customer Service GKAM (German speaking)

About the role

Join an international lighting group as a Customer Service GKAM, supporting retail and fashion brand clients. You will manage orders from quotation to delivery, coordinate global roll‑outs, and work closely with Global Key Account Managers to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and enter orders in SAP.
• Handle incoming orders, dispatch goods and monitor delivery dates.
• Manage international roll‑outs, including shipments, certificates and cross‑country interfaces.
• Provide assistance to Global Key Account Managers and resolve customer complaints.
• Support technical clarifications for a limited set of accounts.
• Monitor deadlines, monthly stock planning (SAP PSP) and organise product certifications for international deliveries.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Economics.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in customer service or order management.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German.
• Strong commercial and technical understanding.
• Curious personality with a desire for continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with SAP (advantage) and general ERP systems.
