Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to manage order processing and provide exceptional support to AMT’s global customers. You will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely issue resolution, and adherence to our high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process and manage customer orders in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), validating details, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer and order records, generate reports, and support operational improvements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and order status updates, building strong relationships through professional communication.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory verification, shipping coordination, and delivery tracking.
• Escalate critical issues, follow through to resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify process gaps, recommend enhancements, and prepare performance reports to support service‑level improvements.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply‑chain‑related roles.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping, inventory management, and supply‑chain principles.
