About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will handle Spanish-language inquiries from our international clientele. The role involves assisting customers via live chat, recording interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

Receive and process incoming queries through live chat in Spanish.
Provide timely support and solutions to customers.
Enter and maintain accurate information in the company database.
Coordinate with various internal departments on project-specific matters.

Required profile

Excellent command of Spanish and good knowledge of English.
Proficient computer user with ability to learn new tools quickly.
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
