Data Analyst – Digital Measurement & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join WMG Product & Services, a partner for digital growth and transformation. The role focuses on designing measurement strategies, building analytics solutions and delivering insights that drive client performance across digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Design measurement frameworks to capture user behavior, marketing performance and business outcomes.
• Develop scalable dashboards, reporting structures and automated analytics workflows using modern BI tools.
• Translate complex business questions into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Implement and optimise tracking across digital platforms, ensuring high‑quality data collection.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to construct a holistic view of customer journeys.
• Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to define KPIs, reporting requirements and measurement plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes and analytics maturity.
• Explore AI‑powered analytics and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and insight depth.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital, web or marketing analytics.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset, curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Experience with enterprise clients or high‑traffic digital products is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for complex datasets.
• Data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio.
• Digital measurement platforms: GA4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery.
• Tracking implementation, Consent Mode and server‑side tagging (sGTM).
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered analytics and workflow automation tools.
