Design Technician

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Design Technician to join our team in Gornji Milanovac for a one‑year fixed‑term contract. You will transform customer artwork into production‑ready files while balancing client preferences with printing capabilities and Tetra Pak specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Convert customer artwork files into formats ready for approval and production.
• Execute and support repro processes according to agreed instructions and operational procedures.
• Support the design management process to ensure seamless delivery and compliance with Tetra Pak standards.
• Participate actively in improvement initiatives within the Repro Hub.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong motivation, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to follow procedures and deliver high‑quality results.
• Proficiency in Serbian and English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with Esko editors (advantage)
