Design Technician – Temporary (1 year)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Design Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to transform customer artwork and intent into production‑ready files, balancing customer preferences with printing capabilities while ensuring compliance with Tetra Pak specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Convert customer artwork files into formats ready for customer approval and production.
• Execute and support repro processes following agreed instructions and operational procedures.
• Support the design management process to ensure seamless delivery and compliance with Tetra Pak standards.
• Actively participate in improvement activities within the Repro Hub.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or relevant professional experience.
• Strong motivation and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Serbian and English, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop.
• Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Esko editors (advantage).
