Developer Marketing Manager – CIS/Serbia

About the role

The Developer Marketing Manager will lead regional marketing initiatives to raise awareness of Xsolla’s products among game developers in the CIS and Serbia. Working closely with Developer Evangelists and the global marketing team, you will tailor global strategies to local market dynamics and drive adoption through events, content, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Xsolla’s global developer marketing strategy for the assigned region, adapting campaigns to local trends.
• Plan and execute regional events, hackathons, meetups, and community programs.
• Coordinate Xsolla’s presence at major developer conferences, handling logistics, speaker submissions, and follow‑up activities.
• Localize global marketing assets and produce region‑specific articles, videos, newsletters, and social content.
• Partner with Developer Evangelists to showcase integration case studies and success stories.
• Build relationships with local developer influencers, creators, and community leaders.
• Monitor campaign performance, report on reach, engagement, ROI, and conversion metrics, and refine tactics based on insights.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in developer relations, B2B tech marketing, or the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of local developer ecosystems and market dynamics.
