Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the role

Wisevu™ and its sister brands are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Account Manager to join a fully remote team of specialists. You will work on high‑impact client accounts across major markets such as NYC, Toronto, and Spain, implementing cutting‑edge digital strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop data‑driven digital marketing strategies.
• Oversee client projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timely and on‑budget delivery.
• Manage and optimize ongoing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, website builds, and content.
• Provide regular performance reports and presentations, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
• Upsell existing clients and contribute to new client acquisition.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend effective solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in client service or account management within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Advanced (C1) English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven track record of building and managing successful client relationships.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing disciplines such as SEO, PPC, social media, content, UI/UX, and email marketing.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Availability to provide at least 7 hours overlap with the 9 am‑5 pm EST workday (Mon‑Fri).
