Digital Quality Management & Global Transformation Internship

About the role

Join Bosch's Mobility Aftermarket Quality Management team as a Working Student to support a global digital transformation that replaces the legacy SOCOS system with modern document control platforms. You will gain hands‑on experience in quality management, digitalization, process management and data analytics while working on an international project.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in migrating legacy documents to the new Babtec Document Control system.
• Create and update digital training material using AI tools such as Synthesia, and produce short instructional videos and e‑learning modules.
• Prepare migration reports, dashboards and support Power BI visualisations to track progress.
• Analyse document statistics, draft presentations for international management meetings, and support reporting.
• Maintain project documentation, track action items, coordinate meetings and support rollout activities across Bosch locations worldwide.
• Identify automation opportunities, contribute to continuous improvement and support digitalisation initiatives within MA/QMM.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Digital Business, Quality Management or a comparable field.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical mindset, high reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team.
• Interest in digital transformation and basic understanding of document management systems (nice to have).
