Digitalization Project Coordinator

About the role

A Digitalization Project Coordinator is needed to support the digital transformation of a manufacturing site in Maglic. You will coordinate the implementation of digital solutions, support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and IT teams to improve operational performance. You will also connect digital initiatives with Lean Manufacturing and Spark (IWS).

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of digital projects and manufacturing applications.
• Support MES activities, including system enhancements, testing (UAT) and deployment.
• Collect and translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.
• Coordinate activities between Operations, Engineering, IT and external partners.
• Support the implementation of new digital tools and ensure successful user adoption.
• Develop reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI to support KPI monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Spark (IWS) initiatives through digital process improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, root cause analysis and Kaizen activities.
• Help improve data quality, process standardization and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, mechatronics, automation, industrial engineering or a related technical field.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, digitalization, automation, process engineering or continuous improvement.
• Experience coordinating projects or implementation activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Integrated Work Systems (IWS) principles
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Power BI and Power Automate
