Direct Response Copywriter – Facebook & Instagram Ads

About the role

We are looking for a senior Direct Response Copywriter to create high‑performing Facebook and Instagram ads for our AI‑education business generating $50M+ ARR. This is a fast‑paced performance‑marketing position focused on rapid testing and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Write complete ad scripts (hooks, body, CTA) for video and static formats, plus UGC‑style scripts for on‑camera talent.
• Produce multiple angle variations per brief and iterate quickly based on performance data.
• Support landing page and funnel copy as needed, ensuring consistency across the funnel.

Required profile

• 5+ years writing performance ads for Facebook/Instagram with personal ownership of $500K+ tracked spend.
• Portfolio of live ads verifiable in the Meta Ads Library with performance metrics.
• Native‑level English fluency and ability to write fast, delivering several scripts in a single session.

Required skills

• Deep fluency in hooks, mechanisms, objections, proof, and buyer psychology.
• Experience with info‑product, coaching, online education, agency services, or e‑commerce offers.
• Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate copy creation while applying commercial instinct.
