EDC Data Solution Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an EDC Data Solution Specialist to lead complex system implementations from pre‑sales through go‑live, consulting with clients and ensuring our SaaS eClinical platform scales within large life‑science organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure and test study databases in the EDC system, including eCRFs and IRT.
• Program automated edit checks, review and resolve data discrepancies, and manage query generation and closure.
• Import, verify and reconcile laboratory and external safety data, and prepare study datasets.
• Coordinate database lock/unlock, data exports and archiving, and support internal and external audits.
• Draft and update guidelines, procedures and templates, and provide training and mentoring to users and help‑desk staff.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of clinical data processes with relevant training.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with EDC systems and clinical trial data workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) platforms.
• Ability to configure electronic case report forms (eCRFs) and interactive response technology (IRT).
• Knowledge of data validation, edit checks and query management.
