About the role

Kebe, a leading producer of construction materials, is looking for a proactive Maintenance Electrician to join its production plant in Smederevo. The role focuses on ensuring reliable electrical operation of machinery and plant infrastructure to minimise production downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, electrical installations and equipment.
• Assist in the installation of new machinery, electrical systems and overhead lines up to 1 kV.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults using appropriate testing equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections, address deficiencies and keep detailed maintenance records.
• Prepare spare‑part requests and monitor consumption in coordination with supervisors.
• Support training of operators on basic maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure continuous operation.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education (electrical specialization) – minimum III level.
• At least 3 years of experience as an electrician in an industrial environment.
• Experience in a manufacturing plant is essential.
• Willingness to work in shifts and follow safety and GMP standards.
• Responsible, autonomous and able to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• High‑voltage systems (up to 1 kV) operation.
• Preventive maintenance techniques.
• Electrical diagnostics and testing equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP and internal safety protocols.
