AI & Digitalization Associate

About the role

The AI & Digitalization Associate supports digital transformation initiatives across the organization by identifying automation opportunities, improving processes, and implementing AI and digital solutions. The role contributes to productivity gains, reduced manual work, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and manufacturing processes to identify automation and digitalization opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Support implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate solutions.
• Process, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
• Assist in training programs and user support for digital tools.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education; preferably final‑year studies or a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or related field.
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills and a proactive learning attitude.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Experience with Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar platforms.
