EMEA HR Operations Specialist

About the role

Join Synechron’s growing HR Operations team for the EMEA region, where you will enhance the employee experience through automated, agile processes. This hybrid position supports both Novi Sad and Belgrade offices.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, responding promptly and accurately.
• Maintain employee data in Workday, handling hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation changes.
• Organize payroll files, audit results, and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate pre‑employment background checks and conduct engaging onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Oversee off‑boarding, digitize HR documents, track attendance, and generate workforce and compliance reports.
• Continuously improve HR processes using automation tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a shared services model, preferably across multiple EMEA countries.
• Strong command of English; additional languages such as French or Arabic are a plus.
• Valid work permit for Serbia.

Required skills

• Workday HR system.
• ServiceNow or similar case‑management/ticketing platform.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Word.
