Enterprise Systems Consultant – Salesforce

About the role

Candescent is seeking a motivated Enterprise Systems Consultant focused on Salesforce to support administration, analysis, and optimization of its platform. The role works closely with business stakeholders across sales, service, and related teams to translate requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and process challenges.
• Assist senior team members in configuring Salesforce, building reports, dashboards, and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards to enable data‑driven decision making.
• Support data quality, consistency, and usability through validation, troubleshooting, and platform hygiene.
• Participate in functional and user‑acceptance testing to ensure enhancements meet requirements.
• Provide day‑to‑day user support, acting as the first point of contact and escalating complex issues.
• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, processes, and Salesforce changes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, private‑equity‑backed environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Salesforce analyst or in a similar role.
• Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred.
• Curious, organized, and comfortable working in a start‑up style environment.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work with both technical and non‑technical teams.
