Export Manager – International Business Development

About the role

We are looking for an Export Manager to drive the growth of Neoplanta brands in international markets. You will identify new opportunities, analyse market trends, and build strong relationships with key partners to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities on existing and new export markets.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key partners and customers.
• Create sales plans and monitor the achievement of business objectives.
• Propose and implement activities that increase sales and market share.
• Contribute actively to the development of the commercial export strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in export, international sales or market development.
• Strong business sense, initiative and result‑orientation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Higher education qualification.
• Valid category B driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
