About the role
Join NCR Voyix as a Field Service Coordinator and help keep service operations running smoothly across the United States. Based in Belgrade with a hybrid work model, you will support a fast‑growing unified commerce platform.
Key responsibilities
- Review service requests, assign tasks to Customer Engineers based on skills, schedules and urgency.
- Prioritize customer needs, balance workloads and coordinate technician availability.
- Check part availability, source components from multiple locations and track estimated arrival times.
- Communicate updates via phone, email and chat, and document actions in the internal system.
- Support escalation management, handle older service requests and suggest process improvements.
