Finance Analyst (Entry Level)

About the role

This entry‑level Finance Analyst position supports the North America finance team in daily financial operations and reporting. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate month‑end processing, budgeting, and ad‑hoc analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Process vouchers, accruals and capture arrears billing data.
• Run periodic revenue and cost reports, including statements of activity.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Collect and analyse financial data from various departments.
• Develop financial models and business cases as needed.
• Conduct research and perform ad‑hoc analysis.
• Support month‑end close by preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
• Participate in ad‑hoc finance projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in financial analysis is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
