Finance and Accounting Compliance Director

About the role

The Global Finance and Accounting Compliance Director will lead financial accounting, compliance and performance management for three global business segments. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end financial accounting for CTS, ARI and NSI‑MI, ensuring IFRS/US GAAP compliance and internal policy adherence.
• Act as primary finance contact for internal and external audits, coordinating responses and remediation.
• Lead global FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning and performance tracking.
• Partner with segment leaders to deliver variance analysis, scenario modeling and actionable recommendations.
• Own the month‑end close for the RPTS business unit, managing journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of close cycle time and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or CFA strongly preferred.
• 8‑12+ years of progressive FP&A, accounting and compliance experience in a global organization.
• Proven experience managing multiple business segments and complex reporting structures.
• Hands‑on month‑end close ownership, preferably in a matrixed or shared‑services environment.
