About the role

Join Better Collective's Finance Academy as a Finance Intern and gain hands‑on experience in international corporate finance. Over a 9‑week paid program you will learn core financial operations, from invoice management to bank reconciliation, while working alongside senior finance specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Post supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies in Business Central.
• Reconcile bank transactions and verify account balances.
• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Record monthly costs, pre‑payments and support financial reporting.
• Participate in Q&A sessions, group discussions and practical work‑groups.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive self‑starter with a passion for finance.
• Motivated to learn accounting principles and financial software.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Google Sheets.
• Business Central (or similar ERP).
