Financial Controller

About the role

Join our team as a Financial Controller and make a meaningful impact across multiple brands by ensuring high‑quality financial reporting, compliance, and analytical support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement reporting and financial controlling policies in line with EU and local regulations.
• Plan, prepare and oversee the monthly reporting process, consolidating data across organizational levels.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, update policies as regulations change, and manage non‑standard journal entries.
• Analyze financial results, explain variances, and provide insights to business stakeholders.
• Standardize and automate reporting processes to align with Group policies.

Required profile

• At least a VI/VII level education in Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial controlling or similar roles.
• Previous audit experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
