Fleet Manager – Vessel Operations (Novi Sad)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our bulk carrier fleet based in Novi Sad, Serbia. The role is shore‑based and focuses on ensuring safe, efficient and commercially successful voyages while supporting ship masters and onboard teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned vessels and ensure voyages meet charterer requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate ship performance, emissions and environmental metrics.
• Coordinate P&I claims and handle operational issues promptly.
• Liaise with charterers, agents, owners, technical teams and other stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of fleet operational performance.

Required profile

• Seafaring experience on bulk carriers, preferably as Chief Officer or Master.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to make decisions and manage multiple operational matters simultaneously.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.
