Full Stack Engineer – Insurance

About the role

Join SAP Fioneer’s fast‑growing insurance technology team as a Full Stack Engineer. You will work on cloud‑native platforms that modernise banking and insurance processes, collaborating with product owners, designers and other engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and own end‑to‑end features using Spring Boot, Kotlin and React.
• Build and maintain production‑grade RESTful APIs and PostgreSQL data models.
• Implement micro‑frontend architectures with module federation and reusable web components.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers within a design system.
• Ensure code quality through linters, formatters, unit, component and end‑to‑end testing.
• Drive changes through CI/CD pipelines to production.
• Leverage AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a structured way of working.
