Technical Consultant – IBM Software Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and communicative Technical Presales Specialist to support the growth of IBM's software solutions within Serbia. You will act as the technical expert for partners and customers, translating business needs into well‑designed technical solutions and supporting the adoption of IBM technologies across the partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the go‑to technical expert for IBM software within the TD SYNNEX partner landscape.
• Support partners in designing solutions, creating Bills of Materials and outlining technical architectures.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, workshops and enablement sessions to partners and customers.
• Join partner and customer meetings to provide technical guidance during the presales cycle.
• Identify customer pain points and translate them into IBM Software use cases and Proofs of Concept.
• Build strong technical relationships with IBM's local and regional teams to stay aligned on updates, licensing and programs.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in IBM software, cloud, data, or technical presales roles.
• Fluent in Serbian and English with a proactive, structured and organised mindset.
• Ability to understand partner and customer needs and translate them into meaningful technical solutions.
• Experience in vendor, distributor, partner or integrator environments is a plus.
