About the role

Join SAP Fioneer’s L.I.F.T graduate program as a Full Stack Developer focused on the insurance sector. You will work on real product development from day one, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver digital innovations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance insurance‑industry applications using Spring Boot, Kotlin and React.
• Implement digital business innovations to improve speed, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Participate in structured onboarding and learn technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redux and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics or related field.
• Hands‑on project experience with Java, Kotlin or other OOP languages.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, clear communication and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Required skills
