Global Graduate Finance Program – Belgrade

About the role

Join British American Tobacco Serbia’s Global Graduate Finance programme in Belgrade and embark on an 18‑month accelerated career journey. You will rotate between Corporate Finance and Commercial Finance, gaining hands‑on experience while developing commercial acumen, leadership, and project‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial analysis and reporting for corporate and commercial units.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on strategic projects.
• Assist in preparing presentations and financial models for senior leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives across finance functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Maximum of three years of relevant work or internship experience.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creative problem‑solving.
• Proactive, ambitious and able to engage with partners at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
