About the role
We are an early‑stage, venture‑backed hardware startup building robotics for demanding field environments. As our first designer you will shape the visual identity of the company, creating assets for internal and public use while working remotely with a distributed team.
Key responsibilities
- Design social media posts and campaign graphics.
- Build investor, customer and internal presentations and decks.
- Edit video content for social, product launches and marketing.
- Create thumbnails, graphics and other visual assets.
- Make small updates to the website, including copy, images and job listings.
Required profile
- Strong design portfolio, preferably with tech or hardware projects.
- Solid video‑editing experience.
- Confidence using Figma.
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage time.
- Available during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
