Growth Operations Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Operations Specialist to drive organic and outbound growth initiatives for a fast‑growing consumer products business. This fully remote, full‑time position combines SEO, GEO targeting, lead generation, and AI‑enabled workflows to expand market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute SEO and GEO initiatives to improve organic visibility.
• Manage outbound prospecting, lead generation, and campaign execution.
• Set up and maintain outbound infrastructure, including domains, email warm‑up, and sending workflows.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists.
• Write, test, and optimize outbound messaging and sequences.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, outreach, and growth workflows.
• Monitor campaign and organic‑growth performance, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support broader growth and operational projects as priorities evolve.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in SEO and organic growth.
• Strong background in outbound sales and lead generation.
• Experience managing outbound campaign setup and infrastructure.
• Excellent prospect research and list‑building capabilities.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills for outbound messaging.
• High fluency with AI tools and confidence using them daily.
• Familiarity with tools such as Instantly, Clay, Apollo, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
