Head of Maintenance

About the role

The Head of Maintenance will lead all maintenance activities at Moravka Pro’s production facility in Leskovac. This full-time, on-site position ensures that machinery, equipment and infrastructure operate safely and continuously, supporting the company’s food-production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for all production assets.
• Organise and supervise maintenance teams, allocate work orders and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with production, quality and safety departments to minimise downtime and meet food-industry standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, spare-parts inventories and intervention records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, HACCP, FSSC22000 and IFS Food requirements.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proven experience in leading and developing maintenance teams in a manufacturing or food-production environment.
• Ability to design and control maintenance budgets, prioritise tasks and respond quickly to technical issues.
• Relevant technical education (mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering).
