Quality Supervisor

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead its production‑line quality team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust quality control system that meets both internal standards and demanding automotive customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the quality team (engineers, team leaders, inspectors) on the production line.
• Design, implement and continuously improve quality control policies and procedures.
• Monitor, analyse and report key quality metrics such as FTQ, PPM and scrap.
• Develop and execute Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) and A3 problem‑solving strategies.
• Investigate customer claims and internal defects, driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee inspection and verification activities, ensuring compliance with control plans.
• Participate in PFMEA development, QMS maintenance and internal/external audits.

Required profile

• Completed VI or VII degree (university/higher education).
• Minimum 2 years experience in automotive quality.
• Knowledge of QMS (EOS) and IATF/VDA standards, plus customer‑specific requirements.
• Familiarity with high‑voltage technology is a plus.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with the MS Office suite.
