Head of Sales – Serbia

About the role

The company seeks a Head of Sales to develop and expand export sales in Serbia and potentially neighboring European markets. The role involves identifying and approaching importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and private‑label buyers, as well as managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to order execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand export sales in Serbia and potentially neighboring European markets.
• Identify and approach importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and private‑label buyers.
• Develop private‑label business based on customer requirements, including product selection, customization, packaging, labeling, pricing and MOQ negotiations, samples and approvals, and production coordination.
• Generate new leads through market research, trade fairs, databases, online platforms, and direct outreach.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
• Prepare quotations, commercial offers, proforma invoices, and sales contracts.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, MOQs, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Coordinate with production, quality, packaging, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor shipments, documentation, and export compliance.
• Track competitors, market pricing, customer preferences, and market opportunities in Serbia.
• Achieve agreed sales, revenue, margin, and customer‑acquisition targets.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market updates to management.
