Medical Representative – Fixed Term (Serbia)

About the role

Viatris is seeking a Medical Representative on a fixed‑term basis to lead its local medical team across Novi Sad, Belgrade and Niš. You will act as the professional face of the company, aligning with regional medical strategy and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to impact patients and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Viatris in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Implement marketing program activities and maintain planned call frequencies with doctors and pharmacies.
• Develop long‑term partnerships with healthcare professionals and monitor market trends.
• Organise and execute local seminars and workshops for HCPs as scheduled.
• Provide timely, accurate activity reporting and feedback to management.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry or Veterinary.
• Experience in a similar pharmaceutical role is preferred.
• Strong planning, organisational, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English and PC literacy.
• Valid driving licence with experience.
