Influencer Manager

About the role

NovaKid, a global leader in online English education for children, is seeking an experienced Influencer Manager to lead influencer and celebrity marketing campaigns across regional markets. The role bridges talent relations, content strategy, budget execution, and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source, and negotiate contracts with celebrities and creators that align with brand and market goals.
• Develop creator briefs, set editorial guidelines, and review content for quality, brand compliance, and cultural relevance.
• Plan campaign timelines, allocate budgets, and coordinate ad activation with the performance‑marketing (PPC) team.
• Manage external influencer‑sourcing agencies, monitor their performance, and reallocate coverage as needed.
• Prepare contracts, invoices, promo codes, and track payments and KPI metrics such as sales, CAC, bookings, and trials.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of influencer marketing experience covering multiple countries, preferably with European influencers and agencies.
• Fluent English communication skills.
