Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

The Information Technology Support Specialist provides comprehensive onsite and remote assistance for end‑users and office infrastructure. This role ensures that desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and all related peripherals operate smoothly across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Provision, deploy, replace and decommission IT equipment, including imaging and configuration.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user‑related issues, escalating to Level 2 when needed.
• Maintain office IT services such as network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, digital signage and conference‑room technologies.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points and related infrastructure equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for scheduled maintenance, warranty repairs and third‑party support.
• Conduct inventory audits, manage asset records and ensure compliance with asset‑management policies.
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations and technology deployments for business events.

Required profile

• Proven ability to provide onsite end‑user support for a variety of devices and operating systems.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing scheduled maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with office IT infrastructure, smart‑office solutions and asset‑management processes.
