Inside Sales Clerk - Order Processing and Data Entry

About the role

Kronospan is looking for an Inside Sales Clerk in Lapovo to enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP system (K-Soft) and provide administrative and reporting support to the sales and management teams. The role works closely with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP system (K-Soft).
• Monitor order status and coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) to clarify order-related issues.
• Support the preparation of invoices, delivery notes and other documents.
• Maintain and update customer and product master data.
• Handle order changes, cancellations and corrections accurately and on time.
• Ensure data entries meet company standards for quality and accuracy.
• Provide general administrative and reporting support to sales and management.

Required profile

• Commercial or administrative education, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in order processing, data entry or administrative support, preferably in an international environment.
• German at minimum B2 level; English at minimum B1 level.

Required skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, customer-oriented communication style.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
