International Transport Dispatcher

About the role

Kruzer Logistics is looking for an experienced Dispatcher to coordinate and monitor international road and intermodal shipments. You will act as the central hub between drivers, clients, and partners, ensuring smooth execution of transport orders.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and plan daily transport orders.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers and partners.
• Track shipment progress and resolve operational issues.
• Optimise routes and vehicle utilisation.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities.
• Monitor transport documentation and ensure compliance.
• Identify new freight opportunities and develop client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a dispatcher in transport.
• Strong knowledge of international road transport regulations.
• Fluent English (active speaking and writing).
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Independent, responsible and capable of making decisions.

Required skills

• Experience with transport exchange platforms such as Timocom.
• Experience with transport exchange platforms such as Trans.eu.
