Inventory Control Clerk

About the role

Ariston Group, a global leader in sustainable climate and water comfort, is looking for an Inventory Control Clerk in Nis. The role covers cycle and spot counting, inventory accuracy reporting and material movement auditing, and reports to the Incoming Material Warehouse Team Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and execute daily physical counts of raw materials, components, packaging and finished goods in the warehouse and shopfloor areas.
• Compare physical stock with SAP records and carry out root cause analysis of overages and shortages.
• Audit buffer stores and production line stocks for heat pumps and cylinders to avoid line stops caused by inaccurate data.
• Produce weekly and monthly Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) reports, present them to management and recommend corrective actions.
• Track logistics transactions, internal transfers and scrap bookings to find where administrative or physical errors occur.
• Occasionally assist with physical audits of incoming raw materials and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness according to 5S methods and HSE safety standards.
• Operate a forklift as needed to move pallets, access high-bay racking and check stock at height.
• Use mobile barcode and RF scanners daily to verify storage locations, lot/batch numbers and quantities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or secondary education (technical, logistics or general).
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in cycle counting, inventory control or warehousing.
