IP Renewals Analyst (Entry Level)

About the role

Clarivate is looking for an IP Renewals Analyst to join its Trademark Renewal/Maintenance team in Belgrade. The role works closely with external clients, manages a range of administrative tasks and mentors new team members. It suits people who enjoy a mix of structure and variety and find satisfaction in helping others grow.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain details of clients' IP right renewals in Clarivate's IP management systems.
• Carry out the operational steps needed for successful renewals: data onboarding, data verification, client instructions and correspondence, payments at the Patent and Trademark Offices, instructing and paying agents, and sending proof of renewal to customers according to SOPs.
• Prioritise and respond to client correspondence and help file renewal applications on time with supporting documents, coordinating with clients, internal teams and agents.
• Ensure timely invoicing and credits for additional charges and refunds, and validate and pay agent invoices accurately and on time.
• Suggest process improvements based on day-to-day observations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent working experience.
• Proficient level of English.
• Nice to have: customer support experience, experience with administrative tasks, and experience keeping deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
