IT Project Manager

About the role

Tomra is seeking an IT Project Manager to join its Business Systems team within the Shared Service Center in Serbia. The role supports the lifecycle management and continuous improvement of business applications and digital platforms across European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support markets in defining business needs, objectives, benefits, costs, ownership models, dependencies, risks and business case readiness for IT and digital initiatives.
• Coordinate approval processes across IT, Security, Data Privacy, Legal, Architecture and other stakeholders.
• Lead or coordinate cross‑market project delivery activities including planning, milestones, vendor follow‑up, testing, training, cut‑over, go‑live, hypercare and stakeholder communication.
• Support application lifecycle management covering support models, access management, incident handling, monitoring, renewals, funding, governance, compliance, continuous improvement and decommissioning.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in IT project management, business systems delivery, application governance or similar.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional, technical, commercial and compliance requirements.
• Good understanding of security, data privacy, data protection, architecture and delivery constraints.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and using tools such as Jira or DevOps.
