IT Support Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Belgrade as an IT Support Intern and help ensure smooth daily operations for our employees. You will work closely with the IT team to set up equipment, maintain documentation, and support data security processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and install computers for staff following internal IT procedures.
• Create and maintain documentation for handover and return of IT equipment.
• Execute standardized data erasure processes for decommissioned devices.
• Maintain records of data deletion in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Assist the team with daily operational IT activities.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Good understanding of computer systems and proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a responsible approach to equipment handling.
• Eagerness to learn, develop technical skills, and collaborate within a team.
