IT Technician / Junior System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technician / Junior System Administrator to join our team in Belgrade. The role involves providing first‑line support to end‑users and maintaining the company’s computer and network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve problems with servers, Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
• Install and maintain server hardware, network equipment, VLANs, VPNs and backup solutions.
• Perform on‑site visits to client locations for installation and support tasks.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Responsible attitude, willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Additional knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, MikroTik/Fortinet devices, VLANs, VPNs and virtualization (Hyper‑V/VMware) is a plus.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent position.
• Net monthly salary between 110 000 and 130 000 RSD, depending on experience.
