Junior Paid Search Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Paid Search Specialist to join our AI‑native media consultancy. Working under senior team members, you will help launch and optimise search advertising campaigns that drive conversions and leads for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and optimise Google Ads search campaigns.
• Manage performance‑driven campaigns focused on conversions and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyse data and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports, update dashboards and track key KPIs.
• Use Google Analytics to evaluate campaign results and support reporting.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• At least 6 months experience with Google Ads or similar search advertising platforms.
• Basic understanding of search and performance marketing principles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data and draw insights.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Genuine interest in digital marketing and a desire to grow in performance advertising.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback and take on increasing responsibility.
