Junior PSP Support Agent – Remote

About the role

SoftSwiss is looking for a Junior PSP Support Agent to join its PSP Support Team. The role focuses on maintaining stable payment operations and ensuring reliable transaction processing across multiple payment systems. You will work remotely, providing first‑line assistance and collaborating with internal teams to keep the payment flow uninterrupted.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer and internal payment system requests through Jira and email.
• Monitor the health of payment platforms and intervene to preserve stability.
• Work directly with payment system providers to resolve technical issues.
• Analyze incidents, detect recurring patterns and generate reports.
• Coordinate with 2nd Line Support, Finance, Account Managers and B2C teams.
• Participate in a rotating 2/2 shift schedule, including occasional night shifts.

Required profile

• Higher education or incomplete higher education, preferably technical.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Russian proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Experience with payment systems is a plus.
• Background in technical support (1st or 2nd line) is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of web architecture.
