Maintenance Technician – Business Building

About the role

Aumovio, the independent automotive sector company of Continental Group based in Frankfurt, is looking for a maintenance technician for its business building in Novi Sad. The post involves regular technical maintenance, diagnostics and repairs, and keeping the workplace safe and functional. It is a full-time position working in shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Regular technical maintenance of the building, diagnostics and repair of faults
• Ensure a safe and functional working environment for all employees
• Walk through the building regularly and visually check installations
• Carry out minor electrical work (lighting, sockets, switches, LAN cabling), plumbing interventions (leaks, blockages, valves), carpentry (furniture, doors, windows, shutters) and plastering (painting, drywall repairs)
• Coordinate with external services for major faults
• Install and cable workstations and equipment
• Manage consumable materials storage and keep intervention logs and material usage records
• Report regularly on the condition of the building

Required profile

• Technical education of at least level IV (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, maintenance)
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance
• Ability to organise work independently and solve problems
• Category B driving licence

Required skills

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry work
• Basic knowledge of plastering
