Manufacturing & Sourcing Manager

About the role

Concepta, a global brand accelerator, is looking for a Manufacturing & Sourcing Manager to turn supplement product ideas into shelf‑ready reality on Amazon US. You will lead the search, qualification, and management of contract manufacturers and suppliers across the US, Europe, and China.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify contract manufacturers and ingredient/packaging suppliers in target regions.
• Run RFQs, compare COGS, MOQ, lead times, capacity, and documentation quality.
• Audit suppliers, verify GMP, FDA, ISO, HACCP certifications, and prepare risk memos.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Amazon teams on product development, feasibility, stability, and organoleptic properties.
• Define production strategy by country, build backup‑supplier plans, and manage documentation packs.
• Oversee sample development, pilot batches, first production orders, and quality monitoring.
• Prepare release recommendations before batch release.

Required profile

• Experience in dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or related categories.
• Strong understanding of contract manufacturing for gummies, liquids, capsules, softgels, powders, and sachets.
• Proven ability to source and verify manufacturers and suppliers in the US, Europe, and/or China.
• Commercial mindset with focus on cost, scalability, and supplier risk.
• Knowledge of GMP/FDA/ISO/HACCP requirements and Amazon supplement compliance.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
