Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand awareness and support business objectives for Compass Development International, a member of Compass Holding LLC serving the trucking industry. The role will oversee digital and traditional marketing activities, manage our web presence and social media, and collaborate closely with sales and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness and support business objectives.
• Maintain and update company websites, ensuring content accuracy, functionality and brand consistency.
• Create, edit and manage promotional materials, graphics, visual content and other marketing assets.
• Manage social media platforms by planning, creating, publishing and monitoring engaging content.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, independently or with internal teams and external partners.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and other business units to align marketing initiatives with strategic goals.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies, media representatives and other external partners.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Ensure consistent application of visual identity and brand standards across all communications.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field is a plus).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong creativity, visual sense and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Digital marketing principles and online advertising.
• Social media platform management and digital content creation.
• Basic website management and web design knowledge.
• Graphic design and photo‑editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or Figma.
