Master Planner

About the role

As a Master Planner you will lead end‑to‑end production and supply planning for a global manufacturing operation. You will ensure that the right products are available at the right place and time while balancing demand, capacity and inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with demand planning, procurement and production teams to create feasible, balanced supply plans.
• Monitor and adjust plans in response to supply disruptions, demand changes or capacity shifts to maintain service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning parameters such as safety stocks, lead times and lot sizes within ERP systems.
• Analyse planning KPIs (schedule adherence, inventory turns, service levels) to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Participate in S&OP processes by providing supply‑side insights and scenario analyses.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented supply‑chain professional with strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex planning processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in master planning, production planning or supply‑chain planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
